DSM Supports Avery Dennison on the Premier League Hall of Fame 2022

The brief:

As the official names, numbers and sleeve badge supplier to the Premier League, Avery Dennison produced and supplied the limited edition shirts for the Second Annual Premier League Hall of Fame. 

Long term DSM client, Avery Dennison, asked us to create unique activation opportunities to showcase its involvement in the campaign and help drive football fans to follow the new Avery Dennison Team Sport Instagram channel. 

Activation: 

Avery Dennison and DSM teamed up with another partner of the Premier League, Panini, to give fans the chance of winning a set of limited edition Hall of Fame cards and an official shirt.

As well as this, DSM coordinated a social media giveaway to drive traffic to the Avery Dennison Team Sport social media channel and offer eight fans the chance to win a limited edition Hall of Fame shirt. 

DSM partnered with FIFA content creator, Bateson87, to post social media content and a YouTube video in the lead up to the event, encouraging followers to enter the competition. 

At the Hall of Fame event, Avery Dennison gave all the attending inductees and special guests the chance to print their own shirts and take them home to remember the event. 


Results: 

  • An increase of 1,000+ followers to the Avery Dennison Team Sport Instagram in under two weeks. 

  • 1.1K likes on the YouTube video put out by Bateson87 in partnership with Panini

  • Over 97,000 combined reach on social media

  • Over 1700 competition entries on instagram

  • Personalised Hall of Fame shirts produced for talent at the event such as Chunkz, AJ Tracey and Roman Kemp.
