Case Study: eChampions League Watchalong Series

THE CAMPAIGN

One of the biggest FIFA Esports Finals in the world took place on 27th May in Stockholm, the eCL. DSM talent were selected to build a buzz and further hype for the event, as well as the wider eCL series. Four of DSM’s top talents were selected to watch games, post on social channels, and build a general buzz around the competition.

THE APPROACH

Electronic Arts utilised DSM’s array of talent to create a bundle of deliverables suited to each influencer. Whilst Shauna, Bateson and Zweback attended the Finals in May, Boras produced a watchalong Twitch stream to build viewership. The total deliverables reached 5 watchalongs, 23 Tweets and 21 Instagram stories among other pieces.
